A Boundary/Mortgage/Refinancing Survey includes the location of the boundary lines by finding or placing of the property corners. The location of permanent improvements (house, driveway, fences, walks, sheds, pools, etc.) are shown relative to the boundary lines. Certification to the Owner/Purchasor, Lender and Title Company are included.
